She is the creator of Changemakers PAC, leading a movement of Virginians to fund key Republican races across the state. In 2015, Rebecca launched and served as executive director of The Women’s Initiative, an effort that helped organizations better represent the political interests of Independent women voters, particularly in battleground states.
