Parker has a deep and substantive knowledge of the banking and financial services sector, as well as vote-counting and coalition-building. And as a member of the Women’s Democracy Network Advisory Council, Emily’s commitment to train, inspire and connect women leaders extends globally. She is the creator of Changemakers PAC, leading a movement of Virginians to fund key Republican races across the state. In 2022, Governor Glenn Youngkin appointed her as the Northern Virginia representative to the Virginia Economic Development Partnership.

Through a career spanning law, politics, and business consulting, Rebecca Schuller has built a reputation for helping political leaders, organizations, and individuals better communicate with key audiences, particularly women. In 2015, Rebecca launched and served as executive director of The Women’s Initiative, an effort that helped organizations better represent the political interests of Independent women voters, particularly in battleground states. She also helped launch and served as WFW’s first executive director, where she helped lay the foundation that we continue to build on today. Prior to working in politics, Rebecca spent over a decade in the courtroom litigating complex commercial cases for Fortune 50 clients at top law firms.
