Last cycle, our Winning For Women community rallied together and raised an astounding $17 million to support right-of-center women candidates. Now, there are a record 43 Republican women in Congress, including 34 Republican women in the House.

She has deep relationships across the U.S. House and Senate and was recognized as one of Politico Playbook’s “Women to Watch.” Parker served as the Executive Director of the NRCC during the 2020 election cycle, where she and the NRCC defied expectations, flipping control of 15 congressional districts and adding historic numbers of women and minorities to the ranks of House Republicans. Parker has a deep and substantive knowledge of the banking and financial services sector, as well as vote-counting and coalition-building. With a reputation as one of Washington, D.C.’s most well-respected connectors, Emily brings with her a wealth of insights from her years orchestrating some of the largest and most effective public affairs campaigns both in and outside of government. And as a member of the Women’s Democracy Network Advisory Council, Emily’s commitment to train, inspire and connect women leaders extends globally. She is the creator of Changemakers PAC, leading a movement of Virginians to fund key Republican races across the state. In 2022, Governor Glenn Youngkin appointed her as the Northern Virginia representative to the Virginia Economic Development Partnership.

Through a career spanning law, politics, and business consulting, Rebecca Schuller has built a reputation for helping political leaders, organizations, and individuals better communicate with key audiences, particularly women. In 2015, Rebecca launched and served as executive director of The Women’s Initiative, an effort that helped organizations better represent the political interests of Independent women voters, particularly in battleground states. She also helped launch and served as WFW’s first executive director, where she helped lay the foundation that we continue to build on today. Prior to working in politics, Rebecca spent over a decade in the courtroom litigating complex commercial cases for Fortune 50 clients at top law firms.
