And as a member of the Women’s Democracy Network Advisory Council, Emily’s commitment to train, inspire and connect women leaders extends globally. She is the creator of Changemakers PAC, leading a movement of Virginians to fund key Republican races across the state. Through a career spanning law, politics, and business consulting, Rebecca Schuller has built a reputation for helping political leaders, organizations, and individuals better communicate with key audiences, particularly women. In 2015, Rebecca launched and served as executive director of The Women’s Initiative, an effort that helped organizations better represent the political interests of Independent women voters, particularly in battleground states. She also helped launch and served as WFW’s first executive director, where she helped lay the foundation that we continue to build on today.
