Danielle Barrow
PresidentDanielle has been with Winning For Women and WFW Action Fund since day one and brings over 15 years of experience in leadership, operations, and politics to her role as President.
Prior to joining Winning For Women, she served as Director of Operations at the Foreign Policy Initiative (FPI) from 2015 to 2017 where she managed the nonprofit organization’s internal operations and led FPI’s Future Leaders Program and Leadership Network, a professional development program focused on advancing the next generation of foreign policy leaders. In 2017, Danielle was selected as a Public Interest Fellow where she helped launch a nonprofit organization focused on convening senior national security professionals.
Previously, Danielle spent over five years on Capitol Hill, including serving as Director of Operations and Political Director for Congressman H. Morgan Griffith from 2011 to 2014. She also has experience in state government, serving as a Senior Legislative Assistant and Political Director in the Virginia General Assembly.
A native of Omaha, Nebraska, Danielle is an alumna of the University of Minnesota and the Omaha Conservatory of Music. She and her husband have three young daughters and spend their time between upstate New York and Washington, DC.

Meredith Allen Dellinger
Executive DirectorMeredith brings years of impressive political experience to her role as Executive Director at Winning For Women and WFW Action Fund.
Prior to joining Winning for Women and WFW Action Fund, Meredith was the Independent Expenditure Director at the Congressional Leadership Fund, where she managed over $370 million in advertising to support GOP congressional candidates. She oversaw budget, media placement, and creative operations and was the Issue Advocacy Director for CLF’s sister organization, American Action Network. While in these roles, Meredith worked closely with internal and external teams to produce more effective and efficient advertising by prioritizing district-specific creative. Previously, Meredith oversaw several SuperPAC, party committees, and campaign accounts as Political Director at OnMessage Inc., a premier media and consulting firm.
Meredith has also served as the Campaign Manager to a first-time female candidate, NRCC Women’s Engagement Director, Executive Director of a 501c4, and advisor to Members of Congress. Throughout her tenure, Meredith has continually utilized her campaign, committee, and Super PAC experience to ensure winning results and is thrilled to bring that experience to Winning for Women.
Meredith grew up in North Carolina and attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She and her husband reside in the DC area with their Golden Retriever, Birdie.
