WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Winning For Women (W4W) released the following statement congratulating Rep. Liz Cheney (WY-AL) and Maria Elvira Salazar (FL-27) on their primary election victories:

“Both Rep. Liz Cheney and Maria Elvira Salazar bring an important voice to the table – Liz as the only Republican woman in House Leadership, and Maria as a Cuban-American who understands firsthand the dangers of socialism. Winning For Women is proud to support these strong and qualified conservative women.”

More conservative women are running for office now than ever before in American history. A record number of conservative women have also won their primary elections this cycle, including 31 W4W endorsed candidates.

W4W PAC contributes to its endorsed candidates by providing crucial hard-dollar support that helps fuel the campaigns of top women candidates.
