WASHINGTON, DC – Today Winning For Women, an organization that supports right-of-center women in their pursuit of leadership opportunities, congratulates Rep. Jaime Herrera Beutler on her primary win in Washington’s 3rd congressional district.
“As one of the youngest women ever elected to the U.S. House, the first Hispanic to represent Washington state, and the ninth lawmaker to give birth while in Congress, Jaime Herrera Beutler has proven she can be a leader from a young age,” said Winning For Women Executive Director Rebecca Schuller. “In Congress, Jaime has been a strong independent voice for Washington families while consistently advocating for veterans and working mothers. We are proud of the work Jaime has done while in Congress, and we congratulate her on a well-deserved primary win. Winning For Women will continue to support Jaime through her reelection in November.”
Winning For Women endorsed Jaime Herrera Beutler earlier this year.
